When President Donald Trump first took office, America experienced a major surge.
Job creation skyrocketed and the markets really spiked, so businesses and those who WORKED for a living had a very optimistic attitude.
The best part is that this surge hasn’t stopped.
The U.S. economy continues to thrive under Trump, a man who prioritized domestic progress and keeping jobs in America. The results of his efforts thus far are overwhelmingly positive.
According to a new Reuters report, job growth rebounded big time in April and the unemployment rate dropped yet again.
This time, we hit a 10-year low at 4.4 percent and the upward swing shows no signs of slowing.
“Nonfarm payrolls surged by 211,000 jobs last month after a paltry gain of 79,000 in March, the Labor Department said on Friday. April’s job growth, which was broad-based, surpassed this year’s monthly average of 185,000.
There were hefty increases in leisure and hospitality, healthcare and social assistance as well as business and professional services payrolls.
The drop of one-tenth of a percentage point in the jobless rate took it to its lowest level since May 2007 and well below the most recent Federal Reserve median forecast for full employment.”
Added JPMorgan economist Michael Feroli:
“These developments should keep the Fed firmly on track to hike rates again in June and should motivate a hawkish shift in the interest rate forecasts they will release at that meeting.”
There’s something we’ve been calling “The Trump Effect” and simply put, it’s what has happened to this country since Trump took office:
America is thriving again. And despite the clueless doom-and-gloom liberals, those numbers haven’t suddenly plummeted. See, this is how you RUN A COUNTRY, snowflakes.
