Not all proposed solutions to the terrorism problem are workable.
For one thing, we are a nation of laws, and while the Obama administration as well the courts and local governments have bent the laws in favor the terrorists, that’s no excuse.
We still have to obey the law.
All of that said, we can gain valuable insights by listening to some unconventional sources, ones that have applied their own unique form of “justice” in punishing those who do them harm.
In this case, we have heard some advice from a convicted Mafia boss who was no stranger to dealing with opponents of the syndicate.
While his methods would never pass muster in terms of extending due process, the idea of dealing harshly with those who conspire to commit murder is solid.
When you’re combating an enemy that doesn’t believe in rules, perhaps it’s time to consider similar viewpoints.
Via Fox News Insider:
“The United States’ fight against terrorism has a seemingly unlikely ally, Eric Shawn reported.
Former Philadelphia mob boss Ralph Natale called terrorism the ‘greatest threat facing America today.’
‘We’re pussycats on terrorism,’ he said.”
We would never recommend Natale for US Attorney General, but he would strike fear into those who wish to murder innocent Americans in the name of radical Islam.
Here’s his plan. A bit blunt, and clearly at variance with our legal traditions, but it would get potential terrorists’ attention.
“Still, Natale said he wished he could be out there helping the United States take on extremism.
“‘Kill them,’ Natale said. ‘As soon as they would point out a crew… give me their names, I’ll take care of business.’

‘And then I would hang them in front of their houses and then call the newspapers.’
Natale said he would tell the press to come see the dead terrorists so that they could publicize the message that America will not tolerate their actions.
‘I could make a nice living and I could enjoy it,’ he said. ‘It’s got to be done, and it’s got to be done now.’”
You feel a bit guilty chuckling at such an outrageous statement, but the liberal idea of “exporting love” to terrorists isn’t panning out and never will. Fighting fire with fire isn’t a bad idea.
And the idea of scaring the daylights out of those who would consider harming our people has definite merit…
