Dysfunctional legal systems and courts can push a nation into chaos.
Respect for the law is vital for a free people, and when they no longer believe in the courts, they will often take matters into their own hands…with potentially disastrous and destabilizing results.
Remember the Muslim who molested girls at the beach and was freed because he had “different cultural beliefs?” Crap like that is bound to incite rage among civilians, yes.
That being the case, maybe Mohsin Akram should watch his back, because after committing a hideous attack on his wife, he only got a slap on the wrist.
From The Daily Mail:
“He forbade her from leaving the house alone, owning a mobile phone or having access to the internet or social media.
Months of abuse culminated in the assault in their one-bedroom flat in the early hours of December 24 last year.”
What precipitated this inhumane assault? “[S]he forgot to cook his dinner.“
For her “crime,” he “battered her with first one and then two hammers, shouting ‘you’ve had your chance to be a good wife’ as she begged him to stop, saying that he was hurting her.”
STORY CONTINUES BELOW…
Fortunately, Mrs. Hussain was able to escape and get neighbors to call the police, who then took Akram into custody.
Okay, the guy beat his wife with not one, but two hammers, and basically exhibited generally psychotic behavior, and what does the British court do? REFUSE TO DEPORT HIM.
Oh, and let’s not forget the back story: what else did he do that so MANY immigrants do?
He married someone to stay in the country of his choice. “The brute treated the 20-year-old, who he met on Facebook and married to get a visa, as a prisoner in her own home.”
Justice denied is a tragic thing to witness.
Only 15 months in prison for this offense is pitiful enough. But to allow this dangerous migrant to remain in Britain where he might repeat the offense after his release in inexcusable.
The judge needs to be removed. Like, NOW. Shades of the firefighter killed at the hands of a Muslim…no justice there, either.
