Hey, they don’t exist without their adoring fans, right?
It wasn’t but a few weeks ago the mainstream media was crowing to whomever would listen the inaugural events planned for Donald Trump had hit major snags. Why? Oh, because nobody in the uber-liberal celebrity world wanted to be seen as a supporter, of course.
Well, times have changed and the Trump campaign has announced a couple of big names, including 16-year-old singing sensation Jackie Evancho and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. On top of which, the new President says the inauguration is about getting to work, not partying.
But the list of boycotting celebrities is starting to take shape (as if we care) and The Daily Caller has the list. It’s a who’s-who of disturbingly out-of-touch celebrities who just can’t handle the new Commander-in-Chief.
First up: Celine Dion.
“While invited to perform, TMZ reports that Dion chose not to perform because she had a scheduled concert in Las Vegas. The Canadian-born singer apparently felt that apparently performing there was more important than performing for the newly elected president,” the Conservative Tribune reported.
Also on the nay list:
And one member of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir – one member who apparently couldn’t stomach the thought of performing for Trump, so stepped aside from the rest of his colleagues.
But as Conservative Tribune reported: Those upset at the snub can take out their outrage with vows to boycott.
“If these celebrities want to snub conservatives conservatives, they certainly don’t want our money. Please like and share on Facebook and Twitter if you’re not going to give it to them.”
Yes! We say join the boycott because it’ll prove to these naive, pampered, ridiculously egotistical celebrities that they’re not right, have never been right, and are probably never going to be right when it comes to politics.
Without fans, they’ve got nothing. Remember that!
