Any time you appoint someone who occupied a high position in the Bush administration, you’re bound to tick off the Left.
And that’s exactly what President Donald Trump loves to do.
Liberals still haven’t gotten over Trump firing former FBI Director James Comey, despite numerous sources saying Comey absolutely was NOT the right man for the job.
Now, with the Comey hearings looming large, America has been wondering what the President plans to do about the currently open position of FBI Director.
Well, it seems we don’t have long to wait because Trump has named his pick for Comey’s replacement.
As Trump posted on Twitter earlier today:
I will be nominating Christopher A. Wray, a man of impeccable credentials, to be the new Director of the FBI. Details to follow.

Wray is a Yale Law School graduate who joined the U.S. Attorney’s office in 1997 and in 2003, he was appointed assistant attorney general in charge of the criminal division under President George W. Bush.
And it sounds like Wray will have plenty of support; those who know him say he’s a solid pick.
For example, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie said Trump “would not be making a mistake if he asked Chris Wray to be FBI director.” He added:
“I have the utmost confidence in Chris. He’s an outstanding lawyer. He has absolute integrity and honesty.”
Yes, but the liberals will still hate it for two obvious reasons:
First, Trump picked him. Second, he was in the Bush administration. Facts aside, this is all the Left will care about…unfortunately.
