Make way for the CHAOS!
That’s the message protesters to Donald Trump’s inauguration are trying to send and unfortunately, they’re doing a darn good job of sending it. Washington is already beefing up security for the waves of protesters but only recently have we begun to grasp the breadth and scope of this rebellion.
In point of fact, the wave of anti-capitalists are plotting a path of anarchy down the city streets of Washington, D.C…and they’re not really concerned about the violence they might leave in their wake. They’re only concerned with causing as much mayhem and discord as possible and now, we can affix a name to this ridiculous revolt.
You may have heard of them or perhaps you’ve seen the hashtag floating around the Internet. Obviously, these aren’t people you want to cross and not only because they’re anti-American; no, they really don’t care what they say or do, provided they get their “message” across.
The group? Well, #DistruptJ20 is leading the charge.
“Organizers for #DisruptJ20 are planning to kick off the inauguration protests on Jan. 18 with a gay dance party outside of Vice President-elect Mike Pence’s Chevy Chase, MD home,” The Daily Caller reported (citing Fox News).
And from there, the whole protest movement just turns ugly.
The group plans to crash inaugural balls, stand in the streets and chant anti-capitalistic sayings and very like destroy property. This could lead to God knows what else, because we all know what happens when so-called “peaceful protests” spin out of control.
We’re also well aware of the disgusting hypocrisy of the self-proclaimed “tolerant and open-minded” people; yes, the very same people who only want to beat you into oblivion if you don’t agree with them.
But beware: Nearly 5,000 National Guards troops are planning to attend the events as well, and they will be assisted by thousands of police officers from across the nation. So hopefully, the hypocrites will be appropriately policed and if necessary, dealt with.
You know, peaceful protest is one thing. The right to assemble and petition government for redress of grievances is contained within the First Amendment. But planned property destruction is something else entirely; nobody has the right to destroy and plunder property as a show of political dissent.
Expect arrests; and then expect the usual leftist whining that the arrests of protesters were based in racism or some other ridiculous cause. But as of January 20, this is all over and the whiners might actually have to go to WORK.
