After Trump’s Inauguration speech, there were an awful lot of people grumbling behind the scenes who were unhappy with his populist point of view.
To understand about why Trump is so popular, you have to understand that many people feel the government has let them down.
It’s not hard to imagine that. It’s been happening for far too long. The Obama administration set us back YEARS and hopefully, they will all be held accountable.
From the Left, we have a constant narrative that the only way to be happy is to give up every freedom and allow government the luxury of taking care of you, from cradle to grave. The Nanny State.
From the Right, we have the underpinnings of the Establishment, completely in cahoots with the Left. They do their damnedest to APPEAR like they are opposed to something, when in fact they applaud it.
31 Republican and Democrat Senators stabbing American blue-collar workers in the back? Something like that.
Any time the government can absorb or maintain its power, the Establishment is on board, willing to throw its constituents under the bus at a moment’s notice.
Don’t let them fool you. They’re easy to spot, too. If they oppose Trump, they are Establishment hacks trying to consolidate power and exert their influence.
But Trump just did something that is more American than all of it put together…
“A new executive order signed by President Donald Trump on Monday is calling on every segment of the American public for suggestions to fix broken areas of government.
‘All Americans will be able to submit suggestions and ideas on how to make government work better for them,’ the White House said on its website.
‘Our moral duty to the taxpayer requires us to make our government leaner and more accountable. We must do a lot more with less,’ Trump said in a the release.

The release also quoted a Trump speech from the campaign trail before he won the presidency, describing his approach to a leaner government.
‘I will ask that savings be accomplished through common-sense reforms that eliminate government waste and budget gimmicks – and that protect, absolutely protect, hard-earned benefits for Americans,’ he said.
Trump signed the order with Mick Mulvaney, head of the Office of Management and Budget and a notable ‘budget hawk,’ standing next to him, according to the Washington Examiner, which noted Trump’s order was a ‘first for Washington.’
Of course, there are always going to be the naysayers, like the Lindsay Grahams and the John Boehners, but regardless, Trump will continue to stump those who believe they are much too smart for the rest of us and will tell us what to think and when to think it.
So, we best simmer our unwashed masses butts down and listen to the elites as they lecture us from on high.
And Trump will continue to sign executive orders that are pro-people. He will also keep slashing the hell out of the bloated government, which is, of course, very pro-people also.
