Constantino Banda-Acosta, 38, a Mexican national that’s been deported 15 times in the past 15 years, is the man responsible for the child’s permanent injuries.

The crazy thing is, his latest deportation came on January 18 of this year, meaning he’s mastered the art of sneaking into the US.

He’s currently facing hit-and-run charges for the May 6 collision that seriously injured Lennox Lake.

Emotionally and mentally, I don’t know, he’s just not the same,” his mother, Ingrid Lake, testified, according to KNSD.

He keeps just blanking out and he just stops talking and stares at you in the middle of the sentence, and he won’t remember anything,” she added.

Lennox’s list of injuries was miles long, including a fractured skull and bleeding from his nose and ears.

His mother said the child is having serious problems with his short-term memory.

Making the story even more depressing is the fact that Lennox and his family were returning from a trip to Disneyland when the illegal drunkenly crashed into them. Nice, huh?

Every week we get a story like this, and the scary thing is they mostly occur in sanctuary cities of all places.

They’re putting the lives of citizens below illegals on the proverbial totem pole, choosing to protect them from deportation and refusing to tell the feds when they release them.

It’s traitorous in every sense of the word. And for one grieving mother, it’s downright tragic.
