If you can’t get things done the legal way, you get them done the Chicago Way.
What is the Chicago Way? It’s getting your way, no matter what morals you compromise, who you step on, and what laws you break. It is the law of the land in Illinois’ chief city.
It is also the proving grounds for many of the country’s most corrupt and abominable people. Of course, the corrupt eventually turn on each other…much to Barack Obama’s dismay.
Our former president cut his political teeth in the Windy City and was mentored by some of the most notorious agitators known to American politics. His own former Chief Advisor, Rahm Emanuel, is the current mayor of this upside-down town.
In short, the former president knows exactly how to get his way, within or above the law.
But the law has discovered some of Obama’s dastardly deeds – Judicial Watch just said they’re NOT letting the IRS scandal go – and now, another court is turning the screws on Barack.
“Fox News Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano claimed ‘three intelligence sources’ say President Obama looked to British spy agency GCHQ to obtain transcripts of conversations involving President Donald Trump on “Fox & Friends” on Tuesday.
‘[T]hree intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command. He didn’t use the NSA. He didn’t use the CIA. He didn’t use the FBI, and he didn’t use Department of Justice.
He used GCHQ. What the heck is GCHQ? That’s the initials for the British spying agency. They have 24/7 access to the NSA database.
STORY CONTINUES BELOW…
So by simply having two people go to them saying, ‘President Obama needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump, conversations involving president-elect Trump,’ he’s able to get it, and there’s no American fingerprints on this.’”
Now, just because these intelligence sources are telling Fox News this information doesn’t mean it has any legs…yet.
But lest anyone get too excited about this, just remember how you felt when Comey reopened the investigation into Hillary a few days before the election when they had looked at Anthony Weiner’s computer, only to be closed again within a few days.
This feels like that. Worse yet, it also has the stench of the Chicago Way throughout.
I find it very doubtful that, even if it is found that Obama used a non-American intelligence agency to spy on Trump pre-election, it certainly won’t matter a hill of beans because the Chicago Way always takes care of loose ends the only way it knows how: the illegal way.
For the love of Christ, we’re talking about someone who actually pressured the Pope into resigning. The Chicago Way has NO scruples whatsoever.
